No one has ever commented on my blog or any of my posts and it makes me feel like I am boring, not doing something right, and more. If you read my blog may you please email me some suggestions, feedback, or just post a comment on my posts. It would really mean the world to me!!! If you read this thank you sooo much.

The Skin I'm In (Part 2)

Good Morning Everyone! Today I will be doing part 2 to my previous blog post. Just to sum up what I talked about last time there are five different types of skin. These skin types were sensitive, oily, normal, dry, and combination. Let me start off by saying girls, if you have normal skin I ENVY YOU!!! I would love to have normal skin. I looked at a website and it said girls with normal skin save at least $100 or less per year because they don't buy as much face soap as other girls with different skin types. If you want know your skin type you can either do what I did and see a dermatologist or find it out by taking online tests about your skin (Perskinality is the best one to me.) or you can even look up online skin type charts and if your skin is best described by one of the categories then you've got your skin type. If you just don't want to any of the ways previously listed here's a chart below explaining the characteristics of different skin.

The Skin I'm In (Part One)

So today I am going to be talking about skin care and all that good stuff. I know a lot of teens and women deal with acne including myself. Some people deal with pimples, dark spots, bags, and much more. There are 5 basic skin types. You have:

Normal
Oily
Combination*
Dry
Sensitive

The reason why there is an asterisk by combination is because that is my skin type. I have sensitive and oily skin which is not very pleasant. I also started having acne and got my first pimple when I was in second grade. Part two and three of this post will be on how to identify your skin type. If you have any personal questions  or want more information about your skin type please email me at : simplymakeupblog@gmail.com. Ciao Bella!

Makeup Starter Kit (Drugstore Edition) Part 2

O.K so now that we have the list of brands you need for a drugstore makeup kit let's start.

You will need:

Eye shadow: I prefer a palette but individuals are cool.

Eyeliner: If you are not big on eye shadow like myself but you still want a pop of color use eyeliners.

Liquid Eyeliner: I am a huge fan of eyeliner and my favorite look is the cat eye because it makes any look look dramatic.

Concealer: You should use concealer to conceal those dark circles or anything else that is under your eye.
Brushes: Well of course this is on the list. This is a MUST HAVE!

Mascara: Voluminous eyelashes don't make themselves. You can use this to make them lashes longer sweetie.

Falsie W/ Glue: If you want extreme long lashes but don't want to use mascara pop these bad boys on.

Bronzer: If you want the golden sun kissed look you need to invest in some of this.

Foundation: I HEART FOUNDATION! It has saved me from revealing my acne prone face and i prefer the powder form.

Lipstick: Every girl needs a pop of color on your lips right? Well lipstick is what you need to do the trick.

Lip Balm: If you want the more natural look this is the right product for you.

Lip Gloss: If you want the glass look on your lips this will do the trick.

Blush: For rosy red, pink, and even brown cheeks, blush is just what you need.

Makeup Remover: To cleaner your canvas, I mean face, these will erase it right off.

And Finally...

A good skin soap to wash away any left over makeup and replenish your skin

This concludes my posts for today so until then...

XOXOXOXOXO
